Lots of stuff

Here are just a few of the things that I have doing since my last post.

I have been working on setting up several workshops all over the country. I have been rock climbing, skydiving, kettlebells on the beach, 1200 mile road trip, car accident and Geoff still owes me much $$$ for all the damn food I have ingested on my 18 week journey into his program.

A busy in a good way kind of life the last month. I will be home for a couple of months so I might be able to blog a bit more.

One last thing TEAM KILT, KILLED IT at the April RKC!!! Congrats to all my team for working so hard you are a welcome addition the the RKC family.

And one more thing I'm now on facebook.

Doug,
Rock climbing I can understand, but is that kilt really good enough for a back-up chute for skydiving?
Welcome home!

Hell yeah we killed it! An awesome weekend. Can't wait for the pictures and video to be posted so we can relive the pain.... Hope all is well in sunny CA - take care.

John, The kilt does not provide enough lift when jumping out of a plane.

I would love to have you come to Florida sometime for a workshop.

I hope I made you proud tonight. I taught my first non-boot camp, pure KB class. My 3 new guys were awesome!
