Went to the Lamb of God show Friday night. It was supposed to be me, Jen Tim and Laura but ended up with just Laura and I. For those of you that don't know Lamb of God they are know for the Wall of Death. This is a mosh pit activity that is like brave heart battle scenes. This clip explains the whole thing. Yes, I did it Brave heart style kilt and all. What a blast!!! Mosh pits are such a good time and good core training.

I was totally in it, too. Just, y'know, totally unaware.
I must admit, having been to the same exact show, and this being my 4th Lamb of God show in the last 18 months, that Ventura was THE most hard core mosh I have ever witnessed in many "decades" of metal shows. Hence, the Wall of Death title is rightfully earned. If you survived that pit, with kilt intact, then you are most definately worthy! I shot some videos on the edge of the pit. I'll post them soon. Maybe we can see the flying and fit kilted DN!
