Last two day training

Monday

Military press 2 sets of 2 R/L 48kg on the second set followed the press with 5 cleans R/L

48kg 2 hand swings 20 reps

48kg H2H swings 10 reps

48kg Get up one R/L

Tuesday

24kg snatches 100 reps in 5 minutes
