American Bulldog battle

These are my to small females playing. It started with a stick(which is now dead and all over the place) that they pulled off the tree. Then it was time to wrestle. Sounds like they love each other? After the fights, sleepy time. The other noise in the background is Max chewing on his bubblegum, a tennis ball.

Your dogs are out of shape, Doug. What's the deal? =D

Hi Tim,
A friend of mine has an adult American Pit Bull Terrier who is a little smaller than Doug's dogs. However, the size proportions of these naturally stocky and agile dogs have very wide chest and ribs that make them appear to be carrying a little extra weight. I'm sure Doug doesn't have to encourage them to exercise, as I have watched my friend's dogs play until exhaustion. It's in theirs genes, really! :)

They are both the Johnson type American Bulldog, stocky, big head and chest. The darker one, Peanut is a bit thick though.

I think Tim was referring to their VO2 Max threshold.

Well, that explains why they're called BULLdogs! :0) I liked "the stare-down."

They are beautiful dogs no doubt! I really like them. I was indeed referring to the *pant pant pant pant* of their battle.

This was about 20 minutes into the playing!!! I would post them when they are fresh but somebody might call the cops on me for dog fighting. They play so hard it's unreal!!!
