Always worth it

Hit the road with four friends and headed to Sacramento to attend a stretching and abs workshop by Pavel. The five ( me, Rusty, Tim, Laura, and Sean)of us shared a car and hotel room and had the best time. True to form Pavel delivered wit a much softer fist. Since a good portion of the people there had no idea what the kettlebell or the RKC are all about they were treated with kids gloves. They did get a small taste of what we are all about, just enough to peak their interests in our other workshops.

I don't think any of us will be forgetting this trip any time in the near future. We learned more than stretching and abs in the last two days. I have a feeling there will be more road trips for the five of us soon.

That was a really fantastic weekend. The group dynamic was really something, and with everything that went on... that's just what it's about! It was so much fun, and you're right, we learned a lot more. Thanks again for driving, BB McGee.
