CA vs OH
Since moving to CA. in mid-January tons of things have gone down. The price of gas is crazy. The JEEP is a gas hog. I'm paying rent for no good reason. The house I'm renting is in foreclosure. I'm moving three blocks from the beach. :) I got promoted to Senior RKC. Jen has been busting her butt. There are more farm fields in CA than OH. COLD out here is 45 degrees. Rain is something that might happen and if it does it makes headlines on the news. Fruit is always in season. Starbucks is now a place you get coffee only if you have to. Mom and Pop coffee shops are the way to go. 75 and sunny is norm. Everybody surfs. Everyone stops by the ocean once a day just to watch the waves for 5 minutes. People are happy here.

But what about the smell of fall, autumn leaves, the crunch of fresh snow under your feet, the blossoms of spring, and the Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Indians, and Cleveland Cavaliers choking!
I love the change of season ... I think you appreciate the days you love when you don't have them all the time, but that is just my opinion ... we are all glad that you are doing well and happy ... we just miss you guys!!!
For snow and change of seasons all we have to do is drive about an hour and a half and we are in the mountains.
When I moved from Minnesota to Hawaii I thought it was so cool that I lived somewhere that had food growing ever where! I swam in the ocean almost every day. No snow storms was weird.... not a big deal, the Big Island had snow up on Mauna Kea.
Fawn, that is how I feel about it. I can find snow anytime.
Dude, going out to check the surf first thing in the morning is a MUST! That's how you decide if you're going to work or not ;) Surf's good? no work. Surf's down? head to work :P
