I couldn't sleep at all last night!! I was worked when I got out of bed this morning. During my first three sessions I was trying to talk myself out of doing my snatch training I had planned. Then I had an hour break so I checked my e-mail and poked around on the net and thought just do it now and get it over with. I chalked up and I was off. Now I'm glad that it's done and the session went really well, thank god. Next week 50 sets.

man I freaking HATE that. waking up exhausted with a big day ahead of you- SUCKS!!!my sleep is rather, 'delicate' and I can get disturbed really easily. whenever I really get a good nights sleep I have so much energy it feels like I'm on speed.
You may have been tired, but 20kg for 40 sets sounds great. Good job.
