Today I felt really good. Wanted to train. thought I would focus on some high tension stuff today.
Single leg MP
24kg x 5 L,R
32kg x 3 L,R
40kg x 1 L,R
32kg x 3 L,R
24kg x 5 L,R
Bottom up press
24kg 2x3
Single leg dead lift
48kg 3x3 L,R
Everything felt great, all for different reasons. My single leg military press was very strong. BUP felt great on the forearms and the glutes were on fire from the deads. Now if I could figure out some type of crunch to do for my core I would be all set. LOL!!!

yeah I was standing on the same leg that I pressed with. I think that is harder.

Hey dude, I went to esnips.com and uploaded songs to a widget. Then I embeded the coded into my "add elements" thing at the bottom of my blog editor. Clear as mud? :p
