Today was a day I needed to bang it out. Simple and brutal.
Used my Gym Boss interval timer.
interval #1 40 seconds(work) interval #20 seconds (rest) = 1 round
Overhead sledgehammer strikes into tire for 40 seconds
20 seconds to run over to my 155 pound indoor tire and flip end over end for 40 seconds
Went through 10 rounds total
rested for one minute
5 minutes of Get ups 32kg
Total workout time 17 minutes covered in sweat and loving it.

I'd say you sweated a little..that's a gnarly lookin WO...I'll have to give it a go, or at least a variation :p
Looks like a great routine. I will give it a try and see how how long I can hang in there.
