My obliques were fried from yesterday's bear crawl madness. I had planed to do some weighted pull ups but had a tough time creating the tension that I needed to do them right. Time for plan B. MP it is!

That's it, done for the day! This weight is easy for me, until set 8-10 it got a little harder. Form was very clean and tight.
