Short and sweet

Yesterdays workout was a short and sweet one.
double 32kg bells front squat 3x3
double 24kg walking see saw press 50' x3
double 24kg windmill 2x3l,r
floor wipers 2x5l,r holding two 24kg
get up sit up 32kg 1x3l,r

Obliques were fried after, this felt great!
