Today I was in my place and turned on the most god awful invention, the GYM BOSS! Did a quick little body weight blast.
Thirty seconds of each of the following.
Squat thrusts
deck squats
push ups
pistol deck squats
4 x straight through = 8 lovely minutes
Z-health R-phase later in the day all is good.
