Training for today was great.
Gym boss 30 seconds of each one after another
Body weight stuff
1. Squat thrust w/ jump to a pull up
2. Pistol deck squats
3. Push ups drop to elbows and back up to another push up
4. Deck squats
5. Static knee raise
go back to #1 start again. twice through = 1 set = 5 min, short rest followed by a second set
32kg Military press
32kg for 5min
After tomorrow I will have one week left, HOLY *^%#!!!
