counting down

The countdown is on. I have one more day of training before I hit the road. This has been emotionally draining to say the least. It has been hard on my clients, my wife and on me. It will make us all stronger in the long run. I will keep everybody in the loop I promise.

This has been hard for all of us, Doug. I'm sure that every one of us wishes you weren't leaving, but I'm positive that we're all wishing you the best of luck and we're certain you're going to do fantastic out in CA.

Training with you for the last couple of years has been an incredible experience for me. I'm thankful I've had the opportunity to do so and thankful to have met you. I'm going to miss our sessions.

Like Mike, I’m glad I got to lift those Atlas stones one last time this week as well. Thanks for coming in to kick my butt one last time Friday.

Best of luck buddy!
